Domain-Related Issues

  • Misconfigured DNS records: Clients may accidentally change their DNS settings, causing downtime or misrouting traffic.
  • Expired domains: Failing to renew a domain name on time, leading to suspension or loss of access.
  • Third-party DNS conflicts: Using external DNS services (e.g., Cloudflare) with improper setup.

Email Issues

  • Incorrect client configuration: Mistakes in setting up POP/IMAP/SMTP on devices or email clients.
  • Local device or software issues: Antivirus software blocking emails, outdated email clients, or device-specific problems.
  • Third-party blacklisting: A client’s email domain or IP gets blacklisted due to improper email practices (e.g., sending bulk emails).
  • External spam filtering: Overly aggressive third-party filters incorrectly tagging emails as spam.

General Issues

  • ISP problems: Slow or inconsistent internet connection affecting access to hosting services.
