  1. You will receive a bill from the Kaldera Online Portal (online@kaldera.co.za) on 01.12.2024. This will be the November 2024 hosting bill. Please do not ignore it.

 

  1. Please do not EFT Kaldera Pty Ltd. Please ensure that the bill is paid inside the portal or using the payment link in the email you’ll receive with the bill.

 

  1. You will not be required to do this again, it will all be automated going forward! – unless you wish you change or update the payment method.

 

  1. The following items (services) have been migrated from Kaldera Pty Ltd. to Kaldera Online. These items (services) are no longer included on your Kaldera Pty Ltd. bill and will now be billed exclusively through Kaldera Online.

 

ZZ520 Domain Name Hosting

ZZ521 POP or IMAP Mailbox Hosting

ZZ522 MySQL Database Hosting

 

  1. Any other services you have with Kaldera Pty Ltd. will continue as before, with no changes.
