It appears there might be some confusion, so let’s clear it up.

 

The portal I’ve been referring to is the home of your domains e.g. yourcompany.co.za, and although I handle the hosting for you, this is your account, not mine.

 

There are 3 simple (but critical) steps I need you to take:

 

  1. Gain Access: Reset Password
  2. Update Your Billing Address: Update Details NB! This action claims the domains as your own!
  3. Relax

 

If you missed the prev. correspondence, don’t worry — I’ve included it below.

 

I'll continue to manage the hosting for you, but for now, please claim your account.
