It appears there might be some confusion, so let’s clear it up.
The portal I’ve been referring to is the home of your domains e.g. yourcompany.co.za, and although I handle the hosting for you, this is your account, not mine.
There are 3 simple (but critical) steps I need you to take:
- Gain Access: Reset Password
- Update Your Billing Address: Update Details NB! This action claims the domains as your own!
- Relax
