A Guide on how to login to your account for the first time and reset your password.
Please watch the video below on how to access our new Client Area Portal and Reset your password. The email address you use is the one that you received all the correspondance emails notifying you to reset you password.
- Step 1: Go to out website www.kaldera.co.za
- Step 2: Click the Orange Client Portal Login button on the top right. This will direct you to the New Client Portal homepage.
- Step 3: Click the Orange Login button in the top right.
- Step 4: Click the Forgot? link in the login box
- Step 5: Enter you email address and click the Submit button. A Password Reset Validation email will be sent to you with a secure link to rest you password.
- Step 6: Tap the Reset your password link in the email
- Step 7: On the password reset screen enter your new password in both boxes. You can also click the Generate Password button to generate a secure password for you.
- Step 8: Once done click the Save Changes button.
Your password has been reset and you can now login to your account at www.kaldera.co.za/clientportal
