A Guide on how to login to your account and update your account details.
Please watch the video below on how to access our new Client Area Portal and Reset your password. The email address you use is the one that you received all the correspondance emails notifying you to reset you password.
- Step 1: Go to out website www.kaldera.co.za
- Step 2: Click the Orange Client Portal Login button on the top right. This will direct you to the New Client Portal homepage.
- Step 3: Click the Orange Login button in the top right.
- Step 4: Enter your email address and password in the secure login box.
- Step 5: Once logged in click your name in the top right corner to access the account context menu.
- Step 6: Click the account details menu item.
- Step 7: On the Account details page complete all the fields by adding and updating your address and contact information.
- Step 8: Once you have entered all your information, scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Step 9: Click the Save Changes button.
Your account is now updated.
